📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to improve workforce effectiveness
• Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Support staffing and workforce planning

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in HR Partner/People Partner or leadership
• Experience partnering with founders and senior leaders
• Understanding of growth stages and org development
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development
• Experience with HR analytics, payroll, engagement, planning
• Fluent Russian and English communication
