• BAU HR operations and admin work in your cluster/country
• Answer employee queries and connect associates with tools
• Provide best-in-class HR admin processes
• Identify local/cluster admin work for letters, documents, agreements
• Review policies to streamline and reduce waste
• Use data management, Workday, and Power BI for analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Workday HR solution with at least 1 year of heavy use
• Understanding of cluster/country level HR admin work
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• English and Spanish proficiency
