HR Shared Services & Mobility Intern

📋 Description

• Assist with immigration procedures for Romanian/higher scope across Europe.
• Maintain central tracking systems for work permits, passports, and residence docs across European
• Support relocation lifecycle with regular check-ins and administrative updates.
• Coordinate workflows with immigration specialists, relocation partners, and EOR providers.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding across EU entities with contracts and HR letters.
• Update employee records and coordinate monthly joiner/leaver changes with payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate in HR, Business Admin, Law, Intl Relations, Economics, or related field.
• Interest in international HR, global mobility, immigration frameworks, cross-border employee
• HR/ops internship or admin experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Slack, Outlook; quick learner of HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for sensitive data.
• Customer-focused with strong communication for relocation/onboarding.
