📋 Description

• Responsible for HR Shared Services with focus on Recruitment & Onboarding for Capco UK
• Collaboration with HR colleagues, candidates, and new joiners
• Administrative recruitment support including interview scheduling
• Onboarding administration and data management in HR systems
• Process improvement of HR procedures and ad hoc operational tasks

🎯 Requirements

• HR experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook
• Flexible working hours
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
