HR Specialist (China)

📋 Description

• Create and implement HR strategy to support the company mission and principles
• Provide operational leadership in core HR systems and processes
• Support recruitment and selection to attract high-quality candidates
• Manage onboarding and induction of new hires
• Deliver HR services from joining to contract expiry and advise on employment matters
• Manage expats full-cycle employment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of current Chinese Labor Law and Social Security
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong planning, organizing, and follow skills together with the drive for results
• Excellent communication skills to build long-term relationships with internal teams, partners, and candidates
• Business fluent knowledge of Chinese and English
