HR SSC Team Leader (HK/MY/ SG)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services for MYS/HKG/SGP cluster
• Oversee Employee Lifecycle, Payroll and Benefits service delivery
• Ensure SLAs, compliance and stakeholder satisfaction
• Support HR transformation, HRIS automation and capability building

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HR/economics/business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years HR experience; 2+ years in supervisory role in HR SSC
• Hands-on payroll, benefits and employee lifecycle operations across countries
• Experience with multinationals and diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of labour laws across APAC with Malaysia/HK/SG familiarity a plus
• MS Office and HRIS experience; exposure to Workday/Dayforce/Ascender/SmartRecruiters; automation
