HR Systems & Process Transformation Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Lead global HR technology initiatives and PMO delivery.
• Drive digital transformation, process redesign and system governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional rollout across HR, Engineering, Security and Legal teams.
• Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Oversee UAT, defect tracking, cutover and post-launch stabilization.
• Align HR tech programs with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR transformation, HR tech, or enterprise systems programs at Manager/Senior Manager
• Strong project/program management and PMO experience for complex initiatives.
• Solid understanding of HR systems, processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Comfortable partnering with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Process improvement mindset; workflow automation, digitalization or AI-enabled transformation
• Knowledge of system governance, access controls and data privacy considerations.
