🎯 Requirements

7+ years of progressive HR experience, esp. HRBP or similar.
US employment practices and regs knowledge required.
Experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or high-growth org preferred.
Strong coaching, influencing, and senior-leader partnership skills.
Experience with performance mgmt, talent reviews, org design, engagement, change mgmt.
Excellent written and verbal communication, judgment, and discretion.
