📋 Description

• HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting our Marketplace organization; influence senior leaders on
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional HR projects; manage talent processes and rituals; partner with
• Coordinate HR cycles such as performance reviews, promotions, merit cycles, culture initiatives
• Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate regular interactions with team specialists to keep a current view of supported areas.
• Drive a data-driven Talent Management agenda using HR dashboards and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven generalist HR experience, preferably in a tech company.
• Experience as an HRBP in fast-paced environments; able to advise senior leadership on HR topics.
• Project management skills with a track record of leading HR initiatives.
• Data-driven with ability to create/interpret HR reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a dynamic setting; availability for hybrid work; advanced
