HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day administration and support of the HRIS/HCM environment.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and field teams to ensure accurate, connected HR data.
• Analyze HR data and translate findings into actionable insights for HR partners.
• Support system configuration, upgrades, testing, and data validation.
• Monitor integrations and data feeds between HCM and other systems.
• Drive process improvements to simplify and automate HR technology workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS/HCM, HR technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, ADP WFN, UKG, Oracle
• Experience supporting HR data, integrations, reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
