HRIS Solutions Developer - Boomi / UKG

📋 Description

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), including timekeeping, pay rules
• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Boomi integrations connecting UKG with other
• Build and support APIs, inbound and outbound interfaces, data mappings, transformations, and
• Manage UKG releases, system updates, security configurations, testing activities, and production
• Monitor integration performance, investigate errors, and resolve technical issues to maintain
• Partner with HRIS, IT, operational teams, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human
• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Boomi integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP, cloud platforms, data transformations, and
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose complex system and
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across HRIS, IT
