📋 Description

• Strategic HR technology partner for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Act as product owner for designated Oracle HCM capabilities.
• Review HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled innovation across HR workflows.
• Collaborate with People Operations to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Lead HR technology programs and quarterly Oracle release activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in HRIS/HR tech or Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong proficiency with HR technology apps and integrations.
• Strong project/program management and analytical skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex problems for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting multi-country HR initiatives is preferred.
