HRSD Functional Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own functional demand backlog for HRSD in ServiceNow
• Define epics, features, and user stories with success criteria
• Trade-off decisions to balance scope, speed, and experience
• Collaborate with HRSD tech PO to ensure feasible items
• Work with HRSD Ops, Centers of Excellence, HRIT and stakeholders
• Improve self-service adoption and Tier 1 service performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS, or related
• 7+ years with ServiceNow HRSD in a Product Owner/BA/Architect role
• Strong experience with case mgmt, knowledge mgmt, Employee Service Center
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and criteria
• Prioritize work by value; backlog-driven delivery
• Agile/product management, backlog mgmt, releases; remote collaboration
