HSE Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support project-level health, safety, and environmental initiatives by assisting with safety
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to identify risks and improvements.
• Analyze audit results and safety data to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate site safety orientations and ensure workers understand required safety practices.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client safety representatives to maintain safety
• Promote safe work practices and maintain documentation and safety records.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or
• Minimum of 2 years HSE experience in construction, or 5+ years in construction overall.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices, regulations, and compliance.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety documents and regulatory materials.
