HSE Team Leader

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, operate and improve the EHS management system across manufacturing
• Lead EHS strategy, policies, budgets and KPI reporting to Management.
• Oversee safety management of machinery, robots and thermal equipment; manage LOTO, height work
• Coordinate chemical management, lab safety, SDS, GHS, inventory, waste and laboratory operations.
• Lead environmental permits, waste/wastewater, emissions and noise monitoring; ensure regulatory
• Establish and run Emergency Response Team and fire safety plans; organize drills and system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering
• Minimum 5 years EHS experience; at least 2 years in people management.
• Experience in chemical management and laboratory safety.
• Good command of English.
• KPIs: zero serious accidents; 100% legal compliance; 100% chemical management compliance; CAPA
