Hubspot & Automation Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage HubSpot across Marketing, Operations, Sales for client accounts
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, emails, and lead scoring
• Create dashboards and reports for client performance
• Maintain data hygiene and clean client data
• Support onboarding and migration for new HubSpot clients
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations with adjacent tools

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
• Hands-on HubSpot experience in at least one hub; willing to develop across all three
• HubSpot certifications (nice to have)
• Experience with adjacent tools (Salesforce, Zapier/Make, GA4, CMS) is a plus
