Build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
Deliver CRM and customer lifecycle strategies across marketing, sales, CS, and ops.
Configure and optimize HubSpot hubs: Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data, AI.
Develop reporting frameworks to track ROI and progress.
Train clients and internal teams on customized HubSpot environments.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years building solutions within the HubSpot platform.
Deep expertise across the HubSpot ecosystem and HubSpot software suite.
Strong understanding of technologies commonly integrated with HubSpot.
Highly client-facing with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred.
