Own architecture, configuration, automation, and handoff to production-ready state.
Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects.
Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring.
Implement and validate integrations with client stack; support data migration.
Build dashboards for ops and executive visibility; document decisions.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations.
Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise.
Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring.
Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware).
Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA.
Strong documentation and handoff discipline.
