🎯 Requirements

3+ years in program/delivery management or data operations (AI/ML).
Familiar with frontier-model evaluation and rubrics.
Proven ability to run multiple projects in parallel with quality and deadlines.
Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
Experience managing distributed contributors or expert pools.
