🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, psychology or related field
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
Experience with HR data processing; proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets
PHR or SPHR preferred
