Oversee operations-related HR activities for one or more sites.
Guide staff on employee relations and conflict resolution.
Collaborate between Regional HR Director and operations.
Ensure compliance with Federal & State Wage, Hour, and OSHA standards.
Support new hire orientation and maintain accurate HR data in Enterprise system.
Assist with salary surveys and supervisor training as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR, psychology or related field; or equivalent.
Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.
Strong knowledge of federal/state labor laws and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
5+ years related experience; PHR or SPHR preferred.
