• Coach managers on HR policies, investigations, and performance conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years as HR Business Partner supporting large, non-exempt populations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance, compensation; multi-state compliance.
• Advanced Microsoft 365; Power BI; data analysis to present insights.
