You own GTM people initiatives end to end with HR expertise, not relying on playbooks.
You balance strategic thinking with operational depth in team structure and coaching.
You build credibility with GTM leaders and influence cross-functionally without direct authority.

🎯 Requirements

HRBP experience supporting go-to-market teams at high-growth tech firms.
Knowledge of GTM metrics, quota setting, and pipeline mechanics.
Experience leading people initiatives in ambiguous environments.
Strong org design instincts for headcount planning and leveling.
Credibility with sales audiences and ability to earn trust.
Ability to operate strategically and at the coaching level on specifics.
