📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end HR operations for US, Canada, and global EOR workers.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and pension administration across jurisdictions.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and records, reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate merit and bonus cycles and compensation data with leadership.
• Drive talent acquisition lifecycle and candidate experience across regions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 9 years of related work experience
• Honors Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Fluent in English
• Autonomous HR generalist with end-to-end ownership
• Hands-on HRIS proficiency
• Experience with employment law in US/Canada
