📋 Description

• Client facing HR Partner supporting COE and HRBLs
• Partner with business leaders to address talent-related issues
• Serve as liaison between client groups and People Services/COEs
• Lead delivery of recurring HR services and core processes
• Coach senior management and employees to drive high-performance culture
• Monitor HR programs locally and provide real-time business feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Human Resources in manufacturing and client-facing roles
• Experience in global/distributed environments and shared services
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven with ability to synthesize insights and drive solutions
• Project/program management and change agility
• Onsite 5 days/week in Sunnyvale, CA
