📋 Description

• Serve as in-country HR partner for Southern Europe clients within EOR context.
• Oversee onboarding, lifecycle events, terminations, and compliance to ensure smooth employee

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Fluent French and English; additional languages are a bonus
• Deep knowledge of labor laws across Southern Europe, with focus on France (portage salarial)
• Experience supporting complex employee relations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom &
