HVAC Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 HVAC design engineers.
• Own complete HVAC design responsibilities across projects.
• Review designs, calculations, drawings, and deliverables.
• Prepare and explain DBRs and design documents to clients.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors.
• Attend project meetings and conduct site visits.

• Strong experience in HVAC Design and Engineering for building services projects.
• Independently manage HVAC design across multiple projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers and draftsmen.
• Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and technical documentation.
• Ability to communicate with clients, architects, co-consultants.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
