3+ years hands-on HVAC experience
Proficiency with VRF systems and light commercial work
Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces
Strong troubleshooting skills
EPA Universal certification required; OSHA 10 required
