Oversee mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, field personnel, and client relationships.
Ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship on HVAC systems.
Coordinate with Owners, GC, engineers, vendors, and customers.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of HVAC Project Management experience.
Strong HVAC knowledge: sheet metal, mechanical piping, plumbing coordination, building automation
Ability to manage multiple HVAC construction projects simultaneously.
Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability analysis.
Leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors, field personnel, and customer expectations.
