🎯 Requirements

HVAC/R maintenance and repair experience or training.
Familiarity with HVAC controls/RTU configurations; Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu are
Strong troubleshooting, reliability, and ability to travel within region.
Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused; safety-conscious.
Willingness to learn and grow beyond a basic “filter changer” role.
Ability to work with organization Teams and maintain daily logs in the work order system.
