Hybrid Project Manager (Liquidity/ Treasury)

📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects for Treasury, Liquidity, and Collateral product initiatives.
• Plan, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate working groups across business, technology, and control functions.
• Apply Agile principles to project execution and ensure seamless IT integration with
• Monitor status, escalate issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Translate business needs into deliverables for engineers, testers, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Treasury, Liquidity Risk, and Collateral Loans/Securities products.
• Strong IT integration experience within financial services.
• Advanced PM skills: planning, tracking, RAID management, governance.
• Business Analysis expertise: elicitation, BRDs/FRDs, user stories, AS-IS/TO-BE analyses, UAT
• Knowledge of NFRs and controls; ability to embed risk frameworks.
• Excellent communication; able to present to senior audiences and lead cross-functional groups.
