IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• As an IAM Engineer, you will lead identity and access management initiatives, ensuring secure
• Lead and maintain IAM governance frameworks aligned with security best practices and regulatory
• Design, implement, and manage identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security
• Enforce least-privilege access models, RBAC/ABAC, and secure access policies across users
• Manage access lifecycle processes and quarterly access reviews/remediation of exceptions.
• Prepare compliance documentation, audit evidence, and security reports with governance and audit

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, IAM, Identity Governance, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, and PAM.
• Experience with secrets management solutions (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager).
• Experience with encryption standards and secure communication protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Zero Trust architectures.
