IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead identity and access management initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Establish governance practices and security controls for IAM.
• Design and manage identity governance with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ; Okta as
• Enforce least-privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and secure access policies.
• Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access reviews.
• Lead remediation of access exceptions and maintain secrets management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, Identity Governance, or related roles.
• Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta administration.
• Deep IAM knowledge: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, and privileged access management.
• Experience with secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent).
• Proven ability to validate patch compliance and support remediation.
• Strong encryption, secure communication, and data protection knowledge.
