IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead IAM initiatives across enterprise environments
• Design and maintain identity governance solutions (SailPoint, Okta)
• Enforce least-privilege access and RBAC/ABAC models
• Manage access lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver)
• Lead quarterly access reviews and remediation
• Maintain secrets management and secure integration patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, or related roles
• Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC/ABAC, least-privilege
• Experience with secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent)
• Patch compliance, security SLAs, remediation support
• Encryption standards, secure protocols, data protection controls
