📋 Description

  • Lead IAM governance and access management initiatives
  • Design, implement, and manage identity solutions
  • Enforce least-privilege access and RBAC/ABAC
  • Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access reviews
  • Develop secrets management and secure storage solutions
  • Collaborate with governance, security, and audit teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, or related roles
  • Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta
  • Strong IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, privileged access
  • Experience with secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager)
  • Ability to validate patch compliance and remediation
  • Cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ISO 27001/SOC 2/NIST
