📋 Description

• Lead IAM governance and access controls across enterprise environments.
• Establish strong security governance and compliance alignment.
• Design and manage identity lifecycle and least-privilege policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, or related roles.
• Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta.
• Deep IAM knowledge: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, privileged access mgmt.
• Experience with secrets mgmt (AWS Secrets Manager or equivalents).
• Patch compliance, security SLAs, remediation support.
• Encryption standards, secure comms, data protection controls.
