IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead IAM governance and security controls across enterprise.
• Design and manage identity governance using SailPoint and Okta.
• Enforce least-privilege access and RBAC across users and privileged accounts.
• Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and quarterly access reviews.
• Maintain secrets management and secure credential rotation.
• Collaborate with governance and audit teams on compliance documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, IAM, Identity Governance, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege models, and privileged
• Experience implementing secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent).
• Proven ability to validate patch compliance and support remediation.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2
