IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead IAM governance and access controls across enterprise environments.
• Design and maintain identity solutions using SailPoint and Okta.
• Enforce least-privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and secure access policies.
• Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access reviews.
• Collaborate with governance and audit teams for compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, or related roles.
• Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta.
• Deep IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, PAM.
• Experience with secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager).
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
