IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead IAM governance, identity management, and security controls across enterprise environments.
• Establish governance practices and support cybersecurity strategy.
• Design and implement identity governance solutions (SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, or related roles.
• Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta administration.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, and privileged access management.
• Experience with secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager).
• Proven ability to validate patch compliance and manage security SLAs.
• Familiarity with encryption standards, secure comms, and data protection controls; Zero Trust
