IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead identity and access management initiatives across enterprise envs.
• Govern IAM governance frameworks aligned with security basics.
• Design, implement IAM using SailPoint and Okta.
• Enforce least-privilege access and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access reviews.
• Maintain secrets management and secure credential rotation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering or IAM roles.
• Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta.
• Deep IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, PAM.
• Experience with secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager).
• Patch compliance, risk-based remediation, security SLAs.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP) and compliance know-how.
