IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead IAM governance and security controls across enterprise systems.
• Design and manage identity governance with SailPoint and Okta.
• Enforce least-privilege access and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Manage access lifecycles: joiners, movers, leavers.
• Lead access reviews and remediation of exceptions.
• Design secrets management and secure credential rotation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, or related roles.
• Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta.
• Strong IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, privileged access mgmt.
• Experience with secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager or similar).
• Proven patch compliance validation and remediation support.
• Knowledge of encryption, secure protocols, and data protection.
