IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead identity and access management initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Establish governance practices and security controls; support cybersecurity strategy.
• Design, implement, and manage identity governance using SailPoint (Identity Security
• Enforce least-privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and secure access for users, services, and privileged accounts.
• Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access lifecycle processes.
• Lead quarterly access reviews and remediation of access exceptions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, Identity Governance, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint and Okta administration.
• Strong IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, and privileged access management.
• Experience with secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent).
• Proven ability to validate patch compliance, manage SLAs, and support remediation.
• Knowledge of encryption standards, secure communication, and data protection controls.
