IAM Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day IAM operations across on-prem and multi-cloud environments.
• Manage IAM performance with KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs to ensure high availability.
• Administer IdP, PAM, IGA, and PKI/secrets stacks (Okta, Vault, etc.).
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for IAM services.
• Maintain IAM service lifecycle: maintenance, upgrades, backups, monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM controls with evolving processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with enterprise IAM platforms (Okta, PAM, IGA, Vault, PKI).
• Define, govern, and report on SLAs, SLOs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Incident and problem management experience with root cause analysis (RCA).
• Structured change governance, risk assessment, and release oversight.
• Hands-on observability and monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Datadog).
• Identity lifecycle, RBAC, and access governance expertise.
