IAM Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage, improve, and innovate IAM across enterprise environments
• Automate access provisioning & de-provisioning, compliance reporting, entitlement reviews
• Design AI-enabled IAM solutions for anomaly detection and remediation
• Build AI agents to support IAM administration and governance workflows
• Collaborate with AI engineering and security teams to adopt best practices
• Analyze IAM data and trends to identify risks and improve security outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field
• 5+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or related discipline
• Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Entra ID or similar
• Experience with automation, scripting, reporting, data analysis, and AI-assisted workflows
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled security tools
• Experience with PAM (BeyondTrust or similar) and Zero Trust models
