Lead IAM design and delivery across authentication, authorization, secrets, and PAM
Partner with clients' governance and security teams to define IAM strategy
Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory alignment across IAM lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of IAM engineering with leadership
Experience designing and implementing IAM in large-scale hybrid/cloud environments
Technical authority; influence IAM decisions and standards
Hands-on with PAM, IDP, SSO, MFA, and secrets management
Experience with AWS/Azure and cloud-native IAM services
Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Python, Terraform
