IATF Automotive Auditor

📋 Description

• Remote, travel-intensive role auditing client management systems
• Assess quality systems against IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and industry requirements
• Lead audits independently or as part of an assessment team across multi-facility programs
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to clients and auditors
• Present findings to clients and certification boards when required
• Travel extensively to client facilities, including overnight and potentially international travel

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant full-time experience; at least 2 years in QA/QMS, preferably in automotive
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; understanding of automotive quality management
• Familiarity with automotive core tools; ability to evaluate complex quality systems
• Experience or qualification in IATF 16949 third-party audits preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and read technical documentation
