IDD Services Senior Director

📋 Description

• The Washington Senior Director provides strategic leadership to a team of up to seven direct
• Oversees administration and growth of Dungarvin services within Washington's Supportive Living
• Builds relationships with partners, legislators, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Develops strategic program and fiscal planning to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Monitors compliance with regulations and quality assurance across services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, or
• 5+ years multi-site leadership in human services serving I/DD/IDD populations.
• Experience managing HCBS/Medicaid-funded services; group homes, supported living, residential
• 5+ years financial management experience; $20M+ budget oversight, P&L accountability
• Knowledge of ID, DD, IDD, ICF, CIIBS, MR, Medicaid Waivers; regulatory compliance.
