Identity and Access Management Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement and support IAM for enterprise workforce and apps
• Onboard apps and lifecycle with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM
• Automate JML processes using Okta/Lumos and scripting
• Enforce zero-trust and RBAC with SSO and MFA
• Build monitoring and runbooks to minimize MTTR
• Work location: Bengaluru office

🎯 Requirements

• Core IAM competency with Okta or cloud-native platforms
• Identity federation: OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM
• SSO, MFA, provisioning/lifecycle for SaaS/on-prem apps
• Automation and IaC: Python/PowerShell; Terraform/Ansible
• DevOps/Observability: Git, Splunk/Datadog
• Collaboration and cross-functional communication
