• Lead organization-wide impact measurement systems and metrics
• Coordinate data integration across databases and dashboards
• Ensure clean, harmonized data accessible across regions
• Support governance, standardization, and metadata practices
• Develop performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership
• Create knowledge products and synthesis reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with related professional qualification
• At least 7 years of international development experience with research and impact measurement
• Expertise in data integration, organizational reporting, data analytics, BI software
• Experience in international/multi-country environments and donor reporting
• Strong understanding of impact measurement, performance management, research, learning
• Excellent communication; ability to translate data into insights
