Own end-to-end lifecycle of client deployments across MeridianLink’s software solutions
Educate clients on platform capabilities and best practices
Lead onboarding activities including core connectivity and external integrations
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and milestones
Adhere to project schedules and optimize productivity
Proactively identify issues and facilitate resolutions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks
Experience with client onboarding and third-party integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management
Career-development oriented in subject area; moderate supervision with some independence
